Let’s be honest – what other small country with just 10 million inhabitants has so many cultural treasures to offer along with warm people and wonderful scenery? My favourite by far are the Azulejos, the ornamental tiles that can be found on houses as well as in naves. Many are held in a clean white and blue while other can be multicoloured, too.
This is why I had to do a knitting project inspired by the Azulejo style. The result are three Azulejo cushion covers.
