Cozy Little Hearts

For Valentine’s Day, but also any other day too :)

The pattern includes written instruction and chart (it is not necessary to read charts) for knitting in the round cup cozy with sixteen small hearts.

Appr. size of Cozy: The approximate “unstretched” top circumference is 22 cm (8⅝”) and the bottom is 18cm (7”), height is 9 cm (3½”).

Cups shown in photo: Tall Coffee cup is a Starbucks Grande (16 oz. - 473ml): top circumference is 26 cm (10¼”), bottom is 19cm (7½”), height is 14.5cm (5¾”). Low Coffee cup: top circumference is 25.5 cm (10”), bottom is 19.5cm (7⅝”), height is 11 cm (4⅜”).

Gauge: There are two variants of this pattern for different knitting tension (32 sts and 46 rows = 10 cm; 30 sts and 42 rows = 10 cm).

Yarn: 35-45 meters (44-49 yards) of any Sock or Fingering Yarn.

Needles: №2 — №2.5

Required skills: Cast on, Bind off; Knit, Purl; Increases; Work in the round
