Designed to be worn with 10-15 cm / 4-6” positive ease around the chest.

To choose the most appropriate size, measure the wearer’s chest and add the preferred ease. Or measure the circumference of an already-owned sweater that fits well. Then find the closest finished chest circumference.

Yarn: Fingering weight yarn. Depending on the length of the sweater, allow approximately:

- 1445 (1505, 1585, 1665, 1700, 1820, 1915, 2035, 2020) m

- 1580 (1645, 1735, 1820, 1860, 1990, 2095, 2225, 2210) yds

Yarn used in the sample (Size 4) is 5 skeins of Uschitita Merino Singles (100% Superwash merino; 366 m 400 yds / 100 g) in colourway Factum.

Techniques used: Backwards loop cast-on, lifted increases, short rows, knitting in the round.
