Christmas Ponies

These ponies are knitted flat and seamed. The blankets feature a colourwork pattern which is knitted using the stranded knitting method.

Materials & Tools • DK (8-ply) yarn up to 10g Mustard, dark brown • 4-ply (fingering) in small amounts White, red, green, brown • 3mm & 2.75mm knitting needles • Chenille needle • Toy stuffing • 1cm gold bell • 2.5cm card • Waste yarn for marking

Tension (not essential); 28 sts x 34 rows = 10cm measured over St st on larger needles
