Chincoteague Shawl pattern v1.1 is full pattern write up. I have knit this pattern from the charts and as far as I know there aren't any problems with them.  Additionally, this pattern has been checked over by \u003ca href=\"person\"\u003eWISinOR\u003c\/a\u003e and found stitch counts, charts, and written instructions to be accurate.  The only exception is \u003cstrong\u003eChart A - Set up\u003c\/strong\u003e, which does not correctly show the garter stitch border on the wrong side rows.  Please follow the written instructions for \u003cstrong\u003eChart A -Set up\u003c\/strong\u003e or note that for every row the first and last three stitches are always knit stitches.
