Cheerful Rainbow

Brighten your room with this cheery knitted rainbow. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, this knitting pattern uses acrylic DK weight yarns and worked flat on single pointed needles (not in the round). This knit uses stockinette stitch, knitted stripes, and a few increases and decreases to make an adorable toy. You could also use your rainbow as an ornament or desk buddy. The rainbow is knit with the front and back in one piece, with a separate knitted base, legs and feet. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, knitting stripes, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. The rainbow measures 24cm across and 16cm tall.
