Charlie the Monkey

Knit up a cheeky monkey pillow to cuddle! This monkey face throw cushion would be a great addition to bedrooms, or just to cheer up your favourite chair. There is no tricky colour-work to do as the eyes and snout are knitted separately and sewn on to the finished head. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the cushion is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
