This crochet Canadian maple leaf is fun and easy to make. It's great for Canada day or any day!
What you will need: 4 ply worsted weight yarn in red (or blue if you're a Leafs fan!)
This leaf could be sewn on as an embellishment, glued to some stiff felt backing to make a neat DIY flag, or, if you're adventurous, you could sew several together to make a scarf!
The maple leaf is about 21 cm tall when completed, including the stem. The pattern includes written instructions as well as a stitch pattern.
