Blooming Stars Blanket

The Blooming Stars Blanket features all-over cabled lace, framed in a broken rib stitch border. It is worked flat from one end to the other, working the edging simultaneously with the body of the blanket. The size described here is for a baby blanket, but it can easily be sized up (or down!) if desired.
