Warm cable coat/cardigan that definitely keeps you warm on cold winter days. It is worked from top down and has a subtle a-line body shaping and a large folded collar.

Cable patterns are charted, you have to be able to read charts for this pattern.

Cardigan is intended to be worn with a small amount of positive ease around the bust. Finished bust measurements approx. 31.5(35.5, 39.5, 43.5, 47.25, 51.2)“/80(90, 100, 110, 120, 130) cm To fit bust sizes: 30(34, 38, 42, 46, 50)”/75 (85, 95, 105, 115, 125) cm. The sample shown is size S, worn on approx. 34”/85 cm bust with approx. 5 cm positive ease.

**Gauge:**17 sts and 24 rows = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette stitch with larger US 8 (5 mm) needles. 24 sts and 24 rows = 4” 10 cm in Cable pattern with larger US 8 (5 mm) needles. Use back cable pattern for swatching. You don’t have to swatch the whole pattern width of the back panel, use at least 30 sts width to get a better idea of your gauge.
