Bella The Rabbit

This is a pattern for a stuffed toy Bella the rabbit. The toy is knitted flat on 2 double pointed needles and then sewn.

NOTE: Take your time when shaping the head. If necessary, repeat certain steps a few times until you achieve the desired result.

MATERIALS: Cream DK yarn approximately: 20 - 25 g

Dusky pink mohair yarn approximately: 10 g

piece of DK dusky pink yarn for the nose and

muzzle/ mouth

KNITTING GAUGE:

24 sts and 28 rows to 10 x 10 cm = 4” x 4” in stocking stitch (knit row on right side, purl row on wrong side) and 2.5 mm needles.

Gauge is not critical for this project. Work tight enough to make sure the stuffing would not show through the stitches.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 22 cm/ 8.6’’

The size will vary based on yarn type, needle size and your personal tension.
