This is a pattern for a versatile bolero/shrug which can be worn for any occasion. Crocheted in 100% dk cotton. The bolero is made up of 25 crochet squares which are joined together as they are worked. A border of trellis,shells and picots completes the bolero. The size of bolero is determined by the hook size used. Gauge is given to achieve correct sizing. Sizes to fit bust: 30/32", 34/36", 38/40", 42/44".

Once I had the process sorted in my head, the pattern worked beautifully and gave me the finished product I hoped for. I added another layer of squares to the sleeves as I require the bolero for later in the year. It has been admired by family and friends during the make and fully completed. Thank you
Downloaded the pattern but haven't tried it yet because there is no stitch diagram, it's only a written pattern with a diagram showing what order to join the squares in. I much prefer a stich diagram in addition to words for clarity.
