The traditional Irish ghillies were the inspiration for this pattern. The ghillies are soft, black on black, dancing shoes. These delightful dancing shoes are an original Irish Hooks & Yarn design. Change the booties and ribbon colors to create ballet slippers for your princess.
The feature best liked by the pattern testers was that the booties are made in seven rounds and from start to finish take less than an hour. ☺
In the form of an eBook, the Baby Ghillies - Ballet Slippers Pattern features: a page index, separate and complete directions for each size as well as step-by-step photographs. The rows/rounds are clearly marked and 14-point type is used throughout. There are helpful hints and gauge checks provided as well.
