Averie hat

A sequel pattern to the [Averie sweater][4], the Averie hat features the same cute little bird to charm. It begins with a provisional cast-on and is knitted seamlessly in the round, with the colorwork section worked from the top down and the crown shaped from the bottom up. The hat has a moderate slouchy silhouette, and stretches to comfortably fit average adult heads. Be it with a dark or light background color, this beautiful stranded colorwork hat is equally delightful to knit and to wear.

Finished measurements: 48.5 cm/ 19” circumference, stretched to fit average adult head of 51-58.5 cm/ 20-23” circumference; 26.5 cm/ 10½” tall
