Pattern includes instructions for two cowls. Each cowl takes 1 skein of Woolfolk Far (100% merino wool, 142 yds/130m, 50g), color #04, Pewter for Version 1; color #09, Dusty Blue for Version 2. Version 2 used every bit of skein, you may wish to have extra yarn on had or simply omit one pattern repeat. Knit in the round using 16"/40cm Size US 7/4.5mm circular knitting needles, and 16"/40cm Size US 9/5.5mm circular knitting needles for casting on and binding off only.
Named for my beloved cat "Aussie", these beautiful cowls are so soft, comfy and cozy. The pattern is knit using a fun technique of twisting elongated stitches. You'll surely enjoy knitting it.
