This is my Alternate Twist Cable beanie Hat knitting pattern.
This is a lovely traditional design.
The knitting pattern provides full written instructions for 3 sizes S (child), M (teen) & L (adult). its worked flat on 2 normal size 4 mm needles in any dk yarn of your choice. You will also need a cable needle suitable for 4 mm needle knitting.
Use any DK - a suggested yarn is shown below.

I'm in process of making this hat. It's a good simple cable pattern. Because I'm doing it in black, it's difficult to do in the evenings, so am just plodding along. So far it looks lovely. I should be finished in a couple of weeks doing just a few rows per afternoon.
