Almost Stripes Beanie

The Almost Stripes Beanie is a great hat for beginners who want to try color work, since there are only a few color changes to create the "stripes." This pattern uses two hook sizes in order to create a brim that stays put and leaves a little extra room in the body of the hat for comfort. It is comstructed as a flat piece, then seamed to create the hat, which makes for a great beginner pattern that doesn't look simple. The pattern calls for worsted/aran weight 4 yarn.
