Alchemist is my unisex version of the girl's Wild Vanilla design.
Alchemist is worked as a top down raglan vest and features intricate cables. The design offers a few interesting twists in the otherwise simple construction, thus providing an engaging knit to knitters of all levels of experience.
This piece makes such a great layering garment for everyday wear and school, a must in every busy girl or boy’s wardrobe.

- 4.0 mm/US # 6 circular needles (30 cm or 12 inches or dpns; 60 or 80 cm/24 or 32 inches) or size to obtain gauge;
- 3.5 mm/US #4 circular needles (30 cm or 12 inches or dpns; 60 cm/24 inches);
- 3 stitch markers in color A to mark shoulder/sleeve areas;
- 2 stitch markers in color B to mark cable area;
- 1 stitch markers in color C to mark beginning of the round;
