I would say that this pattern is a good introduction to knitting in the round with double-pointed needles. There seems to be a scarcity of patterns for gloves, etc. knitted like this which are also made with chunky yarn but plenty knitted on two pins and sewn together. So this is why I designed this pattern. Also, a more professional look is achieved when they are knitted in the round. Many patterns for gloves seem to me to have unclear instructions. So I have written the instructions in as much detail as possible and in only one size. Each of the hand items is knitted the same up to about the top of the thumb hole. As shown in the photos, you can knit them all in the same yarn to have a matching set or you can knit each in a different colour of the same yarn or have different coloured cuffs or even a striped scarf. If you use acrylic yarn you could knit all the items in the pattern for under £15. As there are six items in one pattern, this would appear to be a real bargain.
