You can make this any size from 30 inch chest, to 44 inch chest. And because of the style, it could fit larger sizes as well, as it doesn't really have to close in front. If you want to close it, you can do so with a shawl pin, or a hair accessory, (as I have done with the heart in the 2nd photo). Or you can pass a ribbon or a torn strip of fabric through the waist, or even a narrow belt, (or a wide belt if worn over the shrug). Lots of options there!
