After a 20 year break from knitting I picked up my needles again about 10 years ago. Since then my knitting has really improved from the quite basic designs and techniques I used to knit. I particularly love knitting 4ply yarns and also colourwork which I never imagined that I would like. I also really enjoy knitting socks and designs with lots of cabling. I find inspiration from the numerous projects other crafters post on this site.
