I have knitted since I was young after learning at school 50+ years ago. I learnt to crochet by watching my husbands grandmother. After my girls grew up I went on to embroidery but came back to knitting and some crocheting when my first grandchild was born. I now only knit toys instead of garments and they go to the local hospice where my daughter works, to the grandchildren of friends and relatives and of course to Nena my grandaughter. My favourite designers are Amanda Berry and Alan Dart. All my photographs are taken by my husband Dave.
