My Mum taught me to knit when I was 8 years old and knitting is my first love, I also enjoy cross stitch, embroidery, tapestry and very basic crochet ! One day I would like to try lace making too. Now retired from my role in education , and having shielded for the past 18 months , I have had lots of time to indulge in my hobbies. However , not currently enjoying the luxury of a dedicated craft room I have completely taken over the Dining room which is slowly disappearing underneath the various materials and projects which I have accumulated. But hey who needs a Dining room anyway ? !!
