Learned to knit as a child (I thought!) but hey! I didn’t really until a few years ago. Didn’t know every day is a school day either. 😊 I push my capabilities all the time and look for interesting projects. Knitting is so much more than I ever imagined it could be. It became unfashionable in the 70’s and I didn’t knit for 30 odd years. Starting noticing nice yarns and patterns … thought I’d give it another go. I’ve Came up against a shawl I just couldn’t do but I go back to it now and then to see if I can conquer it. Still not got it.. maybe next year. I make a point of ripping it back to a ball of wool and each time I attempt it I get a couple of rows further. Some day ......
