Pattern is Confetti Waves Blanket, worked up in Malli Baby yarn in pastels - pink, blue, green, and white, with 6.00mm (J) hook. Although I have listed this in Intermediate category, it could be made by a beginner with some practice in ripple stitch. Once you get the gist of it, it's a great stitch to work.
