A carer at the home liked the bear I made for Mum and asked me to make them for her two daughters. I changed the baggy shorts into pinafores and reduced the size of the 11" bear rucksack by a third, much easier to do when knitting the round. Christine knows that I am her self-confessed knitting stalker! I love how she accessorises her projects to tell a story. So clever. I 'borrowed' her idea of head bands and the tiny toys (Little Cotton Rabbits). The pinafores would have been better in 4ply, but I only had both colours Tsering wanted in DK.
