"I made this for Pure indulgence"

I had the sudden urge to knit some birds and when I found this beautiful new book by Julia Donaldson everything came together. Paul the pigeon is also by Trish Roberts d the swan is from one of my favourite knitting books- Knitted menagerie by Sarah Keen. I was really pleased that the wool I found for the pheasant knitted up so well.
