    My nephew Russell is just turning 1. I thought this cotton jacket would be great for autumn. I had less time to spend on it than I thought and ended up sewing it together at his party! Never mind - it was nice to have an excuse to be making at a social event!
    The jacket is modelled by the wee man himself.

        Ah thank you Michelle. He does look cute in it, doesn't he. This pattern might be a good one for your charity knits. It's quite simple but very effective, and only one mistake in the instructions!
        I'm glad you had a good time with your Melbourne friends - it's good that you are keeping in touch. Entertaining is tiring!
        Wee Rogan is much brighter this morning and seems to be recovering nicely from her surgery. She wants to play, which is inconvenient because I am supposed to be working! xx
