Of course you can use any DK yarn from your stash that meets the given tension.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI chose to duplicate stitch the trees in Rowan Kid Classic, again because I was using up yarn I already had in the house and the colour and halo went well with the main shade.
