A little control over the dark as it comes so early over here on the west coast.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLantern, from the Greek “lampein” meaning ‘to shine.’ is to remind myself that it’s okay to thrive.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThere are two versions: The twisted (orange) and the untwisted (grey).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBoth are awesome, the untwisted version is a bit nicer for folks who aren’t used to twisting all of their stitches (it can be quite a switch over). The twisted version is so beautiful though as the twisted stitches provide such amazing stitch definition. And the inspiration for this shawl was absolutely my love of twisted stitches.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBoth can be modified to make them larger or smaller so you can alter the size of this shawl quite a bit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eShown in The Plucky Knitter Primo Fingering.
