One half has vertical ribs\nsweeping down the length of the sock, and the\nother half has horizontal bars, ridging their way\nround the leg and the foot.  The gusset features\na delicate section of parallel zigzags,\nsimplifying into one tiny zigzag that wends its\nway down the entirety of both sides of the foot,\nneatly delineating the top-of-the-foot pattern\nfrom the plain sole.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis pattern includes the recipe and instructions\nfor a symmetrical pair of socks, but feel free to make two identical ones if you choose.
