Something that would look beautiful to bring the baby home in or to wrap them in whilst they sleep in the pram or cot.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis blanket has a delicate 'dot' stitch which gives the effect of lace without having lots of holes that tiny fingers and toes can get stuck in.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe middle is knitted first with the top lace edge being worked with the live stitches.  The bottom and side edgings are picked up and knitted at the end.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is one size and takes approx 200g of 4ply baby yarn.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe pattern includes a schematic as well as charted and written instructions.
