Materials
This shawl is designed using a traditional asymmetric triangular construction. This is achieved by increasing and decreasing stitches at the beginning and end of rows. The breaking wave, sea surf effect is created by using double yarn over, knit two together stitches.
The project is ideal for 100g, 4-ply mini skein sets. Or your own colour combination of 20g skeins.
Treacherous Tides is inspired by the wild and varied coastline of North Norfolk in the UK. A county bordered by the sometimes-treacherous North Sea.
