Dimensions The long edge is approximately 76” / 190 cm, with the widest point approximately 28”/ 70 cm deep.
Yarn selectionThe shawl requires two 100-gram skeins of fingering/sock yarn (both in the same colorway). The yarn used for the sample is a highly variegated yarn from Lofty Loops, “Bunny Slope,” which has a very mermaid-y feel, but this pattern will also look great in a solid or tonal yarn, which will allow you to see every detail of the stitches.
Skills to have (or enjoy learning) for this shawl Knit, purl, k2tog/ p2tog, ssk, kfb/pfb, yo. The stitch patterns are clearly explained, with row-by-row instructions.
