Minimal counting and it’s easy to tell if you get off-track. Completely adaptable to suit your yarn-on-hand and size preferences. Change the cast-on number for a different circumference or gauge and knit it as deep as you want. You can double it over, scrunch it up, wrap it once, wrap it twice. The picot edging is optional.
