This is a gorgeously stretchy squishy sweater with lots of bounce and give.
The example was made using Cloudborn Baby Alpaca Bulky. I used 9.5 skeins.
This pattern is very roomy and should fit a variety of sizes, but there are notes about where and how to add or remove length on the arms, neck, and body.
