55% British Bluefaced Leicester and 45% Grade A Mulberry Silk. Accredited as a blend of British wool, by British Wool. Natural, tactile and opulent. Look out for your McIntosh sew-on label that will be tucked away in every skein. Each skein is individually hand-dyed to create a "visual texture" of darker and lighter tones when knit. Due to the nature of hand-dying, each skein is variegated in colour, some areas darker than others, this is intentional and makes every McIntosh skein individual and is as unique as you are.
