Product Details
Hylde is a large wrap inspired by the peaceful authenticity of Celtic heritage. The simple but elegant cables and twisted stitches are a compromise between a minimalistic easy to wear accessory and the beautiful intricate patterns associated with the Celts. The short repeats and clear angles of the motifs make the project suprisingly meditative, intuitive and relaxing. Seed stitch in the borders creates an earthy texture all around while lateral Vikkel braids break the different sections by adding a subtle ornament.
Sample was knit in Maison Corlène Merino Falkland Bluff Grey in Deirdre.
