My nephew, Eric, requested a warm yet lightweight hat. “I don’t want anything ‘fancy’ just a basic easy to knit up the hat”; his words and air quotes too ~ Lol. His favorite color is grey so this is the end result. This hat is very easy to work up, perfect for the newbie to try their hand at knitting a hat.
