600 (700, 750) g knitting yarn for size M/L (XL,XXL) (mixed qualities as cotton, viscose, polyacryl,…) about 150 m/50g (164 yd/50g) or any other soft yarn which gives you the gauge of 16 sts/24 r = 10x10 cm (4"x4").
