Botanika is a sport weight 100% organic cotton yarn dyed with natural pigments. Dyes are sourced from plant leaves, roots and flowers to create a soft color palette inspired by nature. Botanika is available in a variety of solid colors such as indigo, madder, marigold and mulberry leaf, and six speckled colors.

Apart from occasional knots in it which are always frustrating it’s a lovely yarn. No splitting when knitting In the end used held double for a knitted baby blanket then used the leftovers to weave a couple of nursing cloths. Lovely handle (I’m not usually keen on knitting cotton). Does **** the moisture from your hands a bit so plenty of nice hand cream needed. The fleck is quite subtle in a good way.
