Product Details
This is a knitting pattern for a cotton baby’s vest with a round neck to suit a newborn baby . It can be worn with a nappy on hot days or over a onesie as the weather cools . The design was suggested by my daughter Alexandra when she gave birth to Archie in January . Sizes are available to fit up to about six months . Like the larger knitted woollen one ( Archie Vest Two ) , it is knitted on circular needles to the armholes then backwards and forwards to the shoulders which are the only seams .
Every size takes less than 50 g of cotton yarn depending on how many metres are in each ball .
