The finished size is for an adult woman with 48 cm head circumference and 22 cm hat height. However this technique created a super stretchy fabric and the pattern has notes on how to easily adjust it for different sizes.
You will need 2 skeins of Knit Picks Twill worsted weight yarn in contrasting colours.
