Product Description
This a pattern for a pair of socks that is knit from the top (cuff) down on two circular needles, with an optional 12-inch needle. This sock features a unique Japanese cable stitch which is tight enough so that the sock is warm, however it is knit with lightweight sock yarn, making it the perfect sock to wear with all year round with almost any type of clothing that you like. The cable makes a statement, but won’t clash with any of your clothes, making the ideal sock for either yourself or a gift.
The sock stitch is both charted and written out.
The directions are written for all sizes: Small, Medium, Medium-Large and Large-XL, and are sized by gauge.
Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of knitting and cabling ).
Any lightweight fingering yarn (8 sts/inch on 2.5mm needles) will work for this pattern.
