I am obsessed with the Billows stitch. This is perfect to use up that cotton yarn you have lying around. You don't need anything specific, as you can just make to size.
Just chain an even amount of stitches for your wrist, grab 15-20g of any cotton, and the recommended hook size on the yarn band.
Voila! You are set to make a super easy, summer cuff.
Mine were made with Billie Jean Yarn and a 5mm hook.
