Tulip Mosaic Sweater

Technique: overlay mosaic crochet in rounds.

Yoke: The pullover is worked from the neck down. The yoke consists of two main parts: a mosaic crochet section and a plain section worked in herringbone half double crochet. Once the yoke is complete, it is divided into the back, front, and two sleeves.

Neck Shaping: Ten short rows are worked across the back to raise the neckline for a better fit. Underarm chain spaces are then added to bridge the front and back.

Body: The body is worked in rounds starting from the front, back, and underarm spaces. It is worked in Hhdc with hip increases for shaping and finished with a mosaic crochet sections.

Long Sleeves: Worked in rounds from the yoke and underarm spaces. Decreases are worked throughout down to the cuffs, which are finished in mosaic crochet.

Short Sleeves: The arm openings are finished with a ribbed cuff using front post/back post double crochet ribbing.
