Tricky Triangles is a new way of making mandalas*. It can be very meditative once you get the rhythm. The final product will be soft and drapey - excellent for something like a pillow or a table topper.

The written pattern is in US terms (and Danish) and has plenty of photos and illustrations.
Use any yarn and a relatively large hook. 3 yarn balls in different colors. with a yardage between 105-170m/50gr (115-186yds/1.75oz).
The (Big) Red version is made of a Scheepjes Merino Soft and hook size 8mm (L-11). Final size around 37cm (14.5")
The Peppermint & Licorice version is made of Scheepjes Organicon and Shceepjes Bamboo Soft and hook size 5mm (H-8). Final size around 30cm (11.8")
