This shawl is knitted top down using a garter stitch tab. The main body is striped using the two colors, which leads into a single color for the lace before a simple crochet bind off.
Tobar Mhoire is the Scottish Gaelic for Tobermory, the capital of the picturesque Isle of Mull. The town is famous for its brightly colored buildings on the harbor-front, and the colors I selected for this shawl really reminded me of them.
