The Thirteenth Doctor scarf was inspired by the colours in the scarf worn by Jodie Whittaker's Doctor Who. I chose 15 colours from Stylecraft Special DK range which sounds like a lot of money but actually they are very cost effective at less than £2 per 100g ball.
Thirteenth Doctor is a reversible scarf design, with an added twist (or three!) Firstly, it’s knitted sideways, so although you have a lot of sts on the needle, you don’t have to knit so many rows. Secondly, the fringe is KNITTED IN, so once you cast off, and sew in the ends, it’s ready to wear. And thirdly, the fringe is made up of little twisty tassels that are so easy to work.
