The stages of the Tour de France tend to highlight the talents of two groups of riders. The peaks of the Alps and the Pyrenees showcase the climbers while the flatter days set the stage for the sprinters to show off their strength. The sprinters rely on their teams to control the race until the final kilometers, when a massive train delivers them to the last 200 meters at speeds upwards of 45 miles per hour. The strongest, fastest man crosses the line first, earning points to garner the coveted Green Jersey. This toe-up anklet incorporates a overhead view of the peloton in that final kilometer, racers bunched up behind the train of domestiques pedalling their guts out to get their man across the line first.
